Introducing a lighter bed mover that lasts longer!

The new and improved Gzunda GZ4000 powered bed mover is based on the GZ10SL bed mover, and is manufactured here in Australia. Its design has been optimised for easier handling, increased agility, extended run-time and smoother steering.

The GZ4000 is suitable for moving patients safely within a hospital or aged care environment. It is simple to use and is powerful enough for a single user to move hospital beds or stretchers weighing up to 500 kg.

Whether you’re moving patients between wards, or to-and-from the operating theatre, The GZ4000 hospital patient mover keeps staff safe from muscle and back strains.

More power, more uptime

  • Runs on a lithium-ion battery with a higher capacity (45.6Ah), giving you more working time.

  • Delivers an extended run-time of up to 7.5 hours, so you can finish a full shift on a single charge (under standard testing conditions).

Faster charging, easier handling

  • Comes with a 16-Amp Li-Ion smart charger that gets you back up-and-running quickly (with a full charge in just 2.85 hours).

  • We've reduced the weight by about 22 kg, for improved steering and manoeuvrability.

Enhanced agility

  • A shorter hitch bar allows for increased agility.

  • Non-marking high-resilience blue rubber castors (OBQ150) with powder-coated forks, enables smooth operation.

Compatible with most standard beds

Compatible with most standard beds, the GZ4000 fits neatly under your bed, requiring only 90 mm of clearance. Its compact design enables easy manoeuvrability through tight corridors and in-and-out of lifts.

Ergonomically designed hospital bed mover

The Australian-made GZ4000 is ergonomically designed with easy-to-use controls, including key start, twist-grip variable speed control, horn, and emergency stop button.

As with all Electrodrive equipment, the GZ4000 comes with a comprehensive 12-month warranty, including parts and labour. The Gzunda’s compact design, effortless manoeuvrability and detach-ability allows for safe and efficient management of a fleet of beds or stretchers within a healthcare environment.

Proudly designed and manufactured in Australia.
